Every bottle is real. Here's how to prove it.

The fragrance industry has a counterfeit problem. Pakistan especially. So I'll tell you exactly what we do — and exactly how to check, in case you don't want to take my word for it.

Step One

Verify your batch code.

Every bottle has a batch code — printed on the box and the bottle itself. When your order arrives, take the code, type it in, and we'll show you the bottle's record in our system. Then go to the brand's official website and verify it there too. Both should match.

The whole process

Bottle to door, in five steps.

    Sourced in Sharjah & Dubai

    I fly to the Gulf 4 times a year, walk the perfume souks, and buy directly from authorised dealers — never online resellers, never grey market. Receipts kept on file.

  2. 02

    Sealed in original packaging

    Cellophane wrap, factory sticker, branded outer box. If a seal looks tampered, it doesn't make it into the suitcase. Period.

  3. 03

    Logged & batch-recorded

    Every bottle entered in our system — batch code, import date, who handled it. The record stays with the bottle for life.

  4. 04

    Hand-wrapped in Peshawar

    Re-checked, gift-wrapped if requested, sealed with the Zukhruf wax stamp. A handwritten card if you ask for one.

  5. 05

    Delivered with paperwork

    Your order arrives with the batch code printed on the slip. Verify on our site, verify on the brand site. Both should match.

The Zukhruf Pledge

One fake bottle, your money back twice. That's it. That's the policy.

If a fragrance you bought from Zukhruf doesn't pass the brand's official batch verification — send it back. I'll refund the order, and pay you again on top. I can offer this because we don't sell fakes. So I'm comfortable putting my own money on it.

Common questions

Things people ask me.

How do I know my bottle is real?

Three ways. (1) The seal on your bottle should be intact and the box should have the factory cellophane. (2) Check the batch code on this site. (3) Check the same code on the brand's official website. All three match — you're good.

Why are you cheaper than buying in Dubai?

Because we buy in volume directly from authorised dealers and skip the duty-free markup. Same bottle, same batch, lower price.

What if my bottle smells off?

Fragrances do open differently on different skins, and the first ten minutes are usually the top notes — give it an hour. If it still feels wrong, message us on WhatsApp with the batch code and we'll work it out.

Do you sell testers or decants?

We sell full retail bottles only — never testers. We offer decants on selected fragrances; when available, you'll see a decant option on the product page.

Can I return if I don't like the scent?

If the bottle is unopened and still sealed, yes — within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Once a fragrance has been worn, for hygiene reasons we can't take it back.
