How your order reaches you — and what happens if it isn't right.
Where do you deliver?
Nationwide — to every city in Pakistan.
How long does it take?
Two to five working days. Orders are dispatched from our Peshawar base, usually within 24 hours of being placed.
How much is delivery?
PKR 250 flat rate nationwide. Free delivery on orders over PKR 15,000.
How do I pay?
Cash on delivery. You pay the rider in cash when the parcel arrives.
Are the bottles sealed when they arrive?
Yes — every bottle arrives sealed in its original packaging, with its batch code visible and verifiable against the perfume house's own website. For security we don't open parcels at the door; if anything is wrong, you have 14 days to return it.
What is your return policy?
If a bottle is unopened and still sealed, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. For hygiene reasons, opened or lightly worn bottles cannot be returned.
My order arrived damaged — what do I do?
Message us on WhatsApp with a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we will make it right.
