The code is printed on your order slip and on the box, so you can match the two at the door. Once the box is open, enter the code on the perfume house’s own site to confirm where and when it was filled. If a bottle from us ever fails that check, we refund it in full.

Two to five days nationwide, and usually the shorter end for Peshawar, Islamabad and Lahore. We dispatch within 24 hours and send the tracking number on WhatsApp.

If the bottle is still sealed, message us within 14 days and we collect it and refund you. A sprayed bottle we cannot take back — so if you are unsure of the scent, ask us on WhatsApp before you order. We would rather talk you through it than have you keep something you do not wear.
